The Socialist councilor complaint Susana Hernandez was 2008 when the City Council and the Hydrographic Confederation agreed to build a stormwater interceptor to prevent Churra ramblas Espinardo and waterlogging when it rains and that at this point has not yet done anything
The socialist mayor Susana Hernandez presented a motion in Parliament tomorrow Thursday urging the city to run PP works committed in the northern area of town to avoid flooding every time it rains and prevent the occurrence of some misfortune, and urge the Ministry of Environment to include this investment as a priority project and convene a public tender to award this project urgently.
Thus, Hernandez asked the local government to fulfill the commitment made in 2008, next to the Segura basin, to construct a stormwater interceptor that prevents Churra ramblas Espinardo and waterlogging, causing flooding in garages local and homes in the area, as happened last November.
Not only has not solved the problem, denounces the PSOE councilor but has worsened because the heat of the housing boom, the PP in the city allowed to be built in many areas of watercourses, regardless of the serious problem of flooding.
This refers to the urban area of the Rambla de Espinardo and building a nursery full runway today remains unfinished and that no one knows what will happen.
