The South Korean ambassador in Spain, Dae-Sung Oh, and the rector of the University of Murcia, José Antonio Cobacho have analyzed the proposed implementation of programs that facilitate the exchange of students between universities in the country and the university of Murcia.
The possibility of implementing these exchanges has been analyzed in the course of the official visit to Dae-Sung has made the building of Convalescence, home of the University Rector.
During the meeting, the diplomat was informed of student mobility programs participating in the University of Murcia, with a thousand students, and having its greatest exponent in Erasmus, although there are specific programs with Asian universities.
The ambassador was also briefed about the project that the educational institution has submitted to the European Union and, if approved, will allow the signing of an exchange agreement with a South Korean university.
The meeting was also attended by the Vice Chancellor for Research and International Relations, Gaspar Ros, the rector of Coordination and Communication, María Ángeles Esteban, and the head of International Relations, Matthias Balibrea.
Moreover, in his visit to the University of Murcia, the ambassador gave a lecture at the Faculty of Law, where he spoke about the reality of their country.
