Municipal legal services interpose a third party domain to annul the embargo. |
Councilman Heritage, Cosme Ruiz, said this morning that the Teatro Circo "is a municipal property for all purposes."
The mayor explained that the property was received by the city of Murcia in April 2011, as recorded in the corresponding minutes of delivery of possession.
That document allowed inclusion in the local inventory, act necessary before opening to the public, following which began the registration procedure.
Ruiz added that the lien was held in October 2012 and that, therefore, the legal services municipal domain interpose a third party to enforce the right of ownership of the theater and the lifting of the embargo.
There is also the possibility that legal enterprise to lift.
For all legal purposes, therefore, the property is owned by the municipality and, in any case, the city of Murcia recepcionó it loads in 2011.
