The Socialist Party councilor Andrea Garries today demanded at a press conference the resignation of village headman of Bacons Bridge after confirming that he missed the truth during the last plenary session of the Municipal Council held in January to ensure that he had no information on the installation of a cell tower in the neighborhood of Los Arocas although recorded in a document seen by the Socialist Group who knew the project since November 23.
"The headman of Bacons Bridge should be on the side of their neighbors and seek a consensual solution to this conflict, instead of defending the interests of the Popular Party, withholding information and trying to confuse the population of the affected areas," the mayor PSOE.
Garries, who appeared today alongside the vocal socialists in the Municipality of Bacons Bridge, Antonio Garcia and Maria Antonia Mirete Madrigal, has criticized the lack of transparency in this matter and has demanded that the agreement is fulfilled Full Council of Murcia whereby the installation of this type of infrastructure should be discussed and have a report of the municipal boards.
