The Councillor for the Environment, Adela Martinez-grip, made in the ordinary plenary January alternative to a motion put forward by the opposition groups to "reconcile the right to rest and leisure," which was approved with the votes in favor of the Municipal People's abstention and Socialist Municipal Group, IU-LV and UPyD.
It calls to "continue and lead to the drafting of an ordinance amending the environmental protection against the emission of noise and vibration."
It also will "work with all government with responsibilities in terms of noise and with all stakeholders (citizens, hospitality industry ...) in order to conduct further surveillance and inspection in this area."
Lastly indicated that they will continue to "regular meetings of the Committee on Noise, with the aim of implementing joint measures between all the departments involved to reconcile the rest of the neighbors to the right to leisure"
Moreover, the Traffic and Transport Councillor, Javier Iniesta, has filed another motion filed alternative to the Socialist Group and United Left-Greens on buhobús service in which "supports the initiative of the Local Council Youth for the establishment of a bus night service aimed at members of that Council and with the collaboration of local entertainment and dining, with the purpose of lowering the price of the use thereof. "
This motion was approved with the votes in favor of the Municipal People and UPyD abstaining and voting against Municipal Socialist Group and IU-LV.
Also Juan Antonio Bernabe, Town Planning, discussed an alternative motion to the Socialist Group and IU-LV on the "no affiliation with specific protection of soil as general systems sectors of developable land in the Municipal General Management Plan of Murcia ".
This motion, voted in favor of the Municipal People and with the abstention of other political groups, including "any urban activity complies strictly with applicable regulations in force."
