Paradise Cinema initiative, which involved the Classroom Film at the University of Murcia, announced for next Monday January 28 screening of "Cesare deve morire" ("Caesar Must Die"), the band with which octogenarian brothers Paolo and Vittorio Taviani won the Golden Bear for best film at the Berlin Film Festival.
The film is an original mounting Shakespeare's "Julius Caesar" through the story of a group of inmates who attempt to organize the representation of this play in the Roman prison of Rebibbia.
The film won five David di Donatello Awards (the Italian Goya), including best picture and director.
European Film Awards: 4 nominations, including best picture and director.
Satellite Awards: Nominated for Best Foreign Film.
Oscar: Nominated for Best Foreign Language Film.
It will be screened in original version with subtitles in theaters Centrofama 17'30 sessions, 20 and 22:30 hours.
The university can watch this film at the price of three euros.
