Education Councilwoman Maria Dolores Sanchez, and the Councillor for Culture, Rafael Gomez, participated this afternoon at the official opening of the centenary of the school Santa María del Carmen de Murcia.

Sanchez stressed taught quality offered at this center and encouraged the management team, teachers, administrators, students and AMPA to continue working on the same line.

Meanwhile, Gomez, an alumnus of the center, recalled the good times during his school years.

The school has developed a comprehensive program of events that will take place throughout the year and those who are exhibitions, art contest, retreats, sports tournaments and alumni activities.
