The current number is 180 143 customers, has been an annual increase of only 0.46%, the lowest figure for all years of the company.
Consumption has fallen 0.48%.
XXV Year 2013 Action Plan
Approving the Action Plan for the year 2013 for a total amount of € 5,877,821.
Contemplates the execution of works in the municipality of Murcia consistent improvements in construction and supply network (€ 1,661,485), new sections, rehabilitation, renovation and improvement of the sewerage (€ 3,301,106), and improves production processes and efficiency (€ 915,230).
Fees Proposal update for the year 2013
It is endowed with 200,000 € Social Fund to service the debt created by water bills of most vulnerable families.
During 2012, 474 families have benefited from this fund with a total bonus of € 193,112.
They also apply the bonus rate for certain social groups:
- Large families continue to benefit from discounts on consumption.
The customer number considered large family, 3395, has increased by nearly 2.5% from the year 2011.
- Pensioners welcome bonus at this rate, will continue to pay the service fee only, for consumption below 15 m3/bimestre.
- As for the current rate, by 2013, an increase of receipt for a consumption of 17 m3/bimestre (consumer majority of families) will be 0.42 € / month.
Representing an increase of 2.00%.
