IU-Greens ask at the next full meeting of the municipal district of Bacons Bridge on what consideration has received the City of Murcia Tecon construction company for the sale of the house Ayllón Tower, popularly known as the Tower of Watch.
The municipal coordinator of vocal training in Murcia, Francisco Muñoz, explained that the Clock Tower, built in the eighteenth century and declared of Cultural Interest (BIC), was ceded by the said company to the session, not has informed the corporation on the type of exchange that did Tecon.
Muñoz also ask the village headman for the actual cost of the rehabilitation of the tower, which has taken over the public administration through a grant budgeted for the region of one million euros, as the budget of the works may exceed that amount.
In addition, the local coordinator of IU-Greens request explanations about why it has not been respected the original layout of the house and who has carried out the project, as well as who will assume the management of this infrastructure after the work and what program activities envisaged for this infrastructure.
It also criticized the City Council has granted the use of the Clock Tower exclusively to the Friends Artisans Bethlehem destine rather than the use of all residents as cultural and social center.
