Barnabas holds a meeting with PSOE, IU and UPyD to study the judgments on the adaptation of the General Plan Land Act and the Coastal Management Plan (18/01/2013)

The Town Planning and Housing, Juan Antonio Bernabe, has maintained a Renion, second plenary agreement with responsible municipal political groups PSOE, IU and UPyD to study the terms of the judgment of the Superior Court of Justice of Murcia 91 / 2011, referring to the guidelines and Spatial Plan for the Coastal Region of Murcia, and the judgment 574/2012, the adaptation of the General Urban Plan of Murcia to the Land Law of the Region of Murcia, which regulates the criteria for the assignment and acquisition of land.

In the meeting participated Legal Service technicians and technical municipal Planning and judgments have been studied from the standpoint of legal and juridical, evidencing the different positions of the political groups.

Barnabas stressed that "at no time raised the illegality of the actions carried out in the municipality."
