The Temple of the Jeronimos Monastery, home of the San Antonio Catholic University (UCAM) has hosted this evening of celebration of the solemn and touching Christmas Proclamation, proclaimed by the Bishop of the Diocese of Cartagena, Monsignor Jose Manuel Lorca.
After the recitation of the prayer of Vespers, in which participated also the president of the UCAM, Jose Luis Mendoza, and the rector, Josefina Garcia Lozano, many teachers, students and administrative staff and services of the University, Bishop proceeded to the reading of the proclamation, accompanied by the Vice Chancellor of University Extension, Antonio Alcaraz, by the Vice Chancellor of Religious Affairs, José Alberto Canovas, and the chaplain of the UCAM, Luis Emilio Pascual.
Then there has been the traditional Blessing of Bethlehem Catholic University, by the bishop of the diocese, Jose Manuel Lorca Planes.
