The University of Murcia has approved the regulations of administrative notices electronically, which has, inter alia, the promotion of transparency in procurement and efficiency in its activities.
The agreement indicates that the natural or legal persons referred to in the same "shall be required to receive notices electronically conducting the University in their actions and procurement procedures."
The regulation states that the notice shall be practiced by non-electronic means in some cases, as when it is declared of recognized urgency or when provided with opportunity spontaneous appearance of the person or his representative.
Also, "people because of their poor economic or technical capacity have no accurate means are available may be excluded from the obligation to receive notices electronically, whenever requested."
This Regulation shall enter into force on January 1 next.
