The Department of Political Equality and Development Cooperation, headed Alicia Barquero, presents the second edition of Equality in the Workplace Award.
This award is part of the Municipal Plan for Equal Opportunities and aims to promote a business policy based on the principle of gender equality.
May be submitted for this award all companies who wish to have their head office in the city of Murcia and their staff have incorporated women with permanent contracts, in management, gender violence, women with difficulties in finding social, or developed innovative measures for the reconciliation of work, family and staff, among other things.
Through this award, the City of Murcia recognizes the work of those companies that promote equality and are committed to the reconciliation of work and family life.
The award-winning company may use the logo 'Equality Murcia.
Equality in the Workplace Award 2013 'and present it as part of enterprise quality items and within the activities of Corporate Social Responsibility.
Likewise, the company will get more points if you presents to the procurement of services, works and / or supplies, to convene the city of Murcia.
The Prize consists of:
- Seal 'Murcia Equality: Equality in the Workplace 2013', which may be used as part of the company image.
- Diploma of Recognition Award, which will be the document confirming the same.
