Firefighters Park Espinardo teach children in exchange for food for the poor (10/12/2012)

'Exchange of illusions' again organized for the second year running.

If in 2012 the Fire Murcia asked to hand over the children to toys for the needy, this edition is sought collaboration with non-perishable food.

This initiative, created directly by members of the Service Fire Fighting and Rescue, intended to children visiting Murcia delivering the Fire Station as input for different foods municipal associations.

The day chosen to perform this action is Sunday, December 16, from 9 to 14 and from 15.30 to 18.30 pm in the Fire Station Espinardo.

There, this group of volunteers of the Fire Department exhibitions offer visitors where even children can participate, as well as teaching in detail the Park.

To participate you just have to call 968358600 and dial extension 3941, from today until next Thursday, in time of 17 to 20 hours only.

There will schedule a time for the 16th.

The food collected this year will be given to associations working with children Nuevo Futuro, School Education Children, Daughters of Charity and Caritas Cardinal Belluga Murcia.

Last year visited the Fire Station Espinardo delivering about 1,200 children a toy for the underprivileged.
