The exhibition "Living traditions Murcia" occurs in the municipal center El Carmen (30/11/2012)

The Carmen Municipal Center opens next Monday, December 3, the photography exhibition Living traditions Murcia, a work of documentarian and ethnographer, Tomás García Martínez.

The photography exhibition takes a journey to different rituals throughout the annual festival calendar developed in the Region of Murcia.

Auroros, gangs, improvisors of verses, Christmas and carnival rites, the sounds of passion or the rites of spring are some of the elements in the sample can be made during the last decade of the twentieth century.

The exhibition opens on 3 December (at 18:30) and will remain open until December 31.
