The IU-Greens spokesman in the city of Murcia, Esther Herguedas, has today branded "hollow and empty of content" the intervention of the mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, in Mesa on 'Leadership of global cities and work Networking 'National Congress of Environment (CONAMA) 2012.
