The Town Planning and Housing, Juan Antonio Bernabe, recalled that the City has provided to the court all documents have been asked in relation to the Partial Plan Algezares, Fuensanta environment, and what the City can not provide reports are not within his jurisdiction or not issued.
The complex will be built in Algezares, at the foot of the Fuensanta, meets all legal, has fulfilled all terms of public exposure and arguments required by law, and has all the favorable reports.
The partial plan will protect the environment of the sanctuary, will allow residents to enjoy a great metropolitan park and the homes will be built in the part that is closest to the road.
This project does not affect special floor protection.
The development will create one of the largest green spaces in the municipality, with a visual window from the road up to 300 meters Algezares to protect the landscape of the Fuensanta.
It protects up to 120,000 square meters, an area equivalent to 12 football fields or 12 Floridablanca gardens like in El Carmen.
