The Department of Planning and Housing has begun moving its services to the new municipal building located on Avenue Ibn cArabi.
The move began in early November and is due to the transfer is fully completed by the end of December.
A new headquarters have moved and the services of Planning and Urban Management and Housing Service, and during the next few days, until mid-December, it will produce the transfer of the Town Planning Technical Services, Administrative Town Planning (building licenses, rehabilitation and ruins, urban sanctions) and Environmental Activities and Discipline (license to operate) and Information and Registration General Urban.
During the transfer of these areas will be limited citizen services.
The City continues to serve on the Plaza Europa procedures to facilitate the citizens.
Services are:
- Record of petitions and documents.
- Urban and general information.
- Building permits smaller container works, other instant granting authorizations, as well as attention and information on building permits.
- Information and assistance in licensing activity and environmental discipline.
