Continue next year lowering energy costs and making it liveable urban area
The Department of Infrastructure and Urban Quality dedicate the next year its biggest budget cut spending on improving energy efficiency systems and enable plazas and pedestrian areas in the town.
The council's overall budget amounts to 31,105,859 euros.
Noteworthy is the total current expenditure, which totaled 24,408,300 euros, as, of these, 15 million are intended for power consumption, a little over 5 million lighting maintenance and technical inspection of municipal buildings, and 1,669 462 euros to the maintenance of public roads in the neighborhoods of the city.

Regarding Public Roads, the urban districts receive budget of 2.6 million euros to be allocated to enable plazas and pedestrian areas of the city, as well as performances of rehabilitation and improvement of those streets or places that need it.
