The Mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, today attended the "Leaders' Summit" held in the context of "The Summit of Cities and Climate Change" held in Bogotá until next Wednesday.
This is the most important event in Latin America on the impact of climate change on cities and the solutions that are being implemented in different cities of the world.
Chamber, has been invited by the city of Bogotá, given the experience of Murcia in implementing transport modes consistent with sustainable mobility, especially the tram and bicycle.
The summit brings together 20 delegations of authorities in Latin America, 16 delegations of authorities and Colombian experts and speakers from 12 countries.
The event, organized by the Mayor of Bogotá, the Embassy of France, the French Agency for Development, CAF Development Bank of Latin America and Findeter, coordinated by the Fundación Ciudad Humana, has, among others, the presence of the mayors of Lima, San Salvador, Quito, La Paz, Santo Domingo, as well as the heads of government of Buenos Aires and Mexico City
