The Board of Trustees of the University of Murcia foster collaboration with research activities and dissemination of projects with business interests, under the resolution adopted during the regular meeting held by that body in the Convalescence building, which houses the Rectorate .
The Council is also committed to establishing indicators that can assess and monitor the transfer of research to the business world and its relevance to regional economic development model.
Also encourage the drafting of periodic reports on the status of research projects driven by companies in the region and identify the needs of SMEs in innovation.
The annual action plan also includes Social Council the adoption of the budget of the University, the quarterly monitoring of execution and the call for awards and scholarships.
The Council also approved public rates of different courses and reported positively subscribing to several conventions.
