The Board of Governors approved this morning the transfer of a property located in the neighborhood of the Holy Ghost of the Bishop of Cartagena Espinardo.
This plot is located, since 1960, the units are now the parish complex formed by the temple, dedicated to the practice of public worship, the house and church halls.
The property, whose ownership has been transferred to the Church, has an area of ​​839.50 meters square.
This free transfer is subject to the conditions set out in Article 11 of the Rules of Supreme Real Estate which includes that "farms should be provided that are intended for use in play today and that allocation shall be kept for at least the next thirty years. "
Also "the breach of any of the deadlines set in the previous sections, will result in full reversal of the estate transferred the assets of the Corporation"
