Open Design Murcia will feature the best students of fashion and design schools in the country (31/10/2012)

The Micro Fashion and Design Festival Murcia Open Design (MMOD) investing in young talents emerging and will feature the best students of the schools of design and fashion in the country to present their work in MMOD, from 8 to 11 November .

In addition, these youth will participate in the awards Gateway On to fashion designers, and Emerging Design for graphic designers.

The objective of Murcia XXI Foundation, Design and Fashion, of the Department of Tourism, which organizes the festival, is to support and encourage creativity and cutting-edge design in the region.

On gateway may under creations Constance Maria Hernandez or more, of the School of Design of Murcia, or attend the transgressive staging of 'The Culpass', a group of young Murcia also participate in this contest.

Murcia stamped novice designers, who along with other participants as Leyre Valiente IED Madrid or Xavier Fora Felicidad Duce School of Barcelona, ā€‹ā€‹bet on their profession, and present and defend their creations before a jury on November 9 at 11 am in Mills River Room - Living Horse.

In the area of ā€‹ā€‹graphic design, are also present Murcia talents chosen by the Design Centre of Murcia and a group of professional experts in the region.

In Emerging Design can be observed photographs, collage, impossible shapes, illustration or animation.

The creation in pure samples of Arantxa Rueda, Antonio Garcia Prisons, the 'Child Lantern'-David Belando-or collective 'Drool Studio'.

Representatives from both disciplines, fashion and graphic design, present their works and creations during the first two days of the Micro Festival, including exhibitions, conferences, workshops and parades with figures from the fashion and graphic design as David Dolphin,

'Prince' Pelayo, Joaquķn Reyes, Albert Folch, Ion Fiz, Alejandro Ceron, Paula del Vas, Alba Prat, Eduardo del Fraile or Balenciaga Museum director, Javier Gonzįlez de Duranga.
