The Hall of Humanities at the University of Murcia organizes a new edition of "Return of living far away" to be held in the Conference Hall of the Faculty of Arts.
The activities will begin on Monday, October 29, at 19.30 pm, with a lecture on the historical novel by Alejo Carpentier "The Age of Enlightenment", when the fiftieth anniversary of its publication.
The conference will be provided by Trinidad Barrera Lopez of the University of Seville.
On Tuesday, 20 November at 18:30 hours will be Juan Francisco Ceron, University of Murcia, who speaks of filmmaker Michelangelo Antonioni, whose birth fulfilled one hundred years now.
The activity is complemented by the screening of the film "Cronaca of a Love" (1950), starring Lucia Bose, Massimo Girotti and Ferdinando Sarmi.
The cycle will end on Monday, December 17, at 19 pm, with a talk to commemorate the bicentenary of the birth of Charles Dickens, by Carlos Herrero Quiros, University of Valladolid.
All events will be presented by Vicente Salinas Cervera, director of the Hall of Humanities at the University of Murcia.
