The City Council approved the selection of entrepreneurs call to settle in Municipal Initiatives Center, which is located in Churra Highway No. 96 (James and Zaraiche).

Municipal Initiatives Center (CIM-M) is an area of ​​services to develop new business initiatives, which aims to facilitate the birth, development and consolidation of new businesses in the town and its integration into the business.
The City provides temporary use different spaces that can be rented by the entrepreneurs at an economical price, this is business firms, labor module and workstation (terminal with internet access).
In addition, this center will be used by those who have the status of partner, sponsor (CIM-M) and those entrepreneurs hosted on other Centres of other municipalities that are interested in developing your project in Murcia and are attached to the Entrepreneurship Center Network.
In the CIM-M will stay socio figure, using the facilities daily to work, partner not hosted, using the facilities on time and participates in the activities of the CIM-M and sponsors, may also participate in the activities and use of the facilities.
The CIM-M has eight business offices, between 27 and 40 meters, to accommodate companies whose date of incorporation at the time of the request does not exceed a year.

Municipal Initiatives Center offers information and business advice, business support and monitoring of hosted projects developed, among other things.
Besides offices, modules and terminals, has hall, meeting rooms, cafeteria, creativity and waiting rooms.

Preference will be given to innovative activities that generate jobs related to the environment, related to the promotion of culture, that consider social responsibility initiatives and entrepreneurial project viability.
