Murcia IU-Greens will promote industrial action against increasing bus fares and cuts in lines and frequencies of the districts, including the filing of motions in the municipal boards.
This was announced today the municipal coordinator of IU-Greens in Murcia, Francisco Muñoz, who has indicated that his organization, drawing on European Sustainable Mobility Week, which will take place next week, will hold an information campaign on the 'rate hikes' in neighborhoods and districts.
Muñoz has insisted that the government team "has to be left tambourine policy and photo, and focus on that is their task: to protect the interests of public transport users in the municipality."
"The public transport situation in Murcia is a consequence of the desire of the PP to privatize public services," he assured the municipal coordinator, after defending as municipalization solution of this service.
