The City spends more than 47,000 euros to maintain homes for children and youth with family breakdown and develop a comprehensive action plan for homeless
The City continues to strive to maintain social aid in the municipality.
This has given subsidies paths Homes Association and the New Future Foundation Rais for a total of 47,500 euros.
The New Future Homes Association is a non-governmental non-profit organization, whose main purpose building and residential homes for children and youths with disorganization in the family, partner due to different family situations.
The aim is to promote them to achieve human and socially organized a family environment.
The City has with this entity a cooperation agreement since 2009.
The grant to the Foundation Rais Foundation, is intended to develop the project "Comprehensive Plan low demand with the homeless."
This project aims to develop a comprehensive action plan with the homeless in the city of Murcia to contribute to the improvement of social care to homeless people who have a high level of deterioration and a low level of access to care resources existing through four key elements:
- Direct assistance in street
- Center night low demand
- Social support
- Accommodation with support.
