The University of Murcia approved a regulation that contains the protocol for interpersonal conflict resolution and prevention of harassment.

"

The protocol, as indicated in the document "is intended to help create a better working environment and professional, but does not replace the statutory procedures for dealing with situations that may have engaged in misconduct disciplinary in criminal offense. "

This regulation shall apply "to the employees and public employees of the University of Murcia and Fellows develop their activity within the organizational scope of the request".
