The Chair of Corporate Social Responsibility at the University of Murcia is open until Sept. 15 the deadline for enrollment in the Master of CSR, which will address issues such as internal accountability and codes of conduct in business and social action in them, environmental responsibility, management systems and memory.
The training program, which runs from September to July, consists of a theoretical and placement, with a final, and is specifically designed for students from business-related degrees, marketing, human resources, quality , communication or the environment, as well as professionals who want to implement CSR systems in their companies.
The Master, in collaboration with the Foundation Ecodes, carry out actions to offset emissions generated throughout the course, such as photocopying, air conditioning, heating or displacement of students and teachers.
Teachers can give further 3 euros per hour of pay, allocating that money to the actions that compensate for CO2 emissions.
The Master is coordinated by Professors Peter Slopes and Longinus Jesus Marin, who have defined it as a tool to "move to sustainable development organizations, transparency and commitment."
Also, they say, an initiative that "will provide students with the techniques on the achievement of sustainability reports and CSR reports, which provide leaders and managers of organizations to determine the degree of evolution of its institutions to management based in the overall effectiveness and accountability. "
