Agents of the National Police have conducted an operation that has resulted in the arrest of a woman and a man who ran a local toggle located in the town of Cobatillas, (Murcia), which allegedly took place involved in sexual exploitation of foreign citizens.
The investigation began in March this year, given the evidence that at the place were carried out profitable activities of sexual exploitation of foreign citizens whose status has advantage to keep the above in terms of job insecurity.
Having identified the responsible local, a 50 year old male and a female Spanish nationality and Colombian nationality aged 42, on July 4 was carried out an inspection on the premises where the arrest was the above, who are charged with crimes related to prostitution and against the right of workers.
Along with the above and pursuant to the Aliens Act, we proceeded to the arrest of one of the women who worked at the club.
All workers were interviewed by agents establishing specialized police units acting for the timely offering of shares and offered information on various support organizations and social rehabilitation and on the possibilities offered by the current Law on Foreigners to people in your situation .
The operation was carried out by officers from the Provincial Immigration and Border Murcia, in collaboration with the Labour Inspectorate of Murcia.
The detainees have already been made available to the magistrate on duty guard Murcia.
