"
"From Social Council concludes the agreement, we expressly recognize that effort and responsibility shown by betting on dialogue and negotiation to achieve the best possible results, given the extreme difficulty that affects all of our institutions and entities country ".
Furthermore, the Council approved the public costs of different courses and services and content to sign agreements with various agencies and entities as well as to approve the annual accounts of the University for the past year.
