National Police station belonging to the district of San Andrés de Murcia, have been arrested as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of misappropriation of a male 71 years old and Spanish citizen.
He also relapsed on two arrest warrants issued by courts of Malaga and El Ejido.
The arrest came after complaints received by appropriation of the furniture of a shop leased by the investigation and that took pieces of furniture and lighting for an amount close to € 40,000.
Research carried out because of this denunciation allowed to know that the detainee was now in the process of opening several stores in the city of Murcia, whose object is being investigated by agents of the district police station.
The investigation was arrested last on 27 September in the city of Murcia, and the furniture had been reported as missing have been located on the premises at its disposal.
Following the filing of the corresponding overcrowded, the prisoner, who has been arrested numerous times for over 50 years, was brought before the magistrate acting for the Guard of Murcia.
