The municipal group of IU-Green in the city of Murcia has sent a letter to Alderman Urban Cleaning, Jose Ros, to denounce the dirty condition of the roads in the neighborhood of Santa Eulalia, especially streets and Mariano Puerta de Vergara Orihuela.
Councilman IU-Green, Jose Ignacio Tornel, has indicated that the lack of cleanliness of these pathways gives the neighborhood look bad, that being one of the oldest in the city "should be framed within the tourism and care for such effect instead of submitting the degree of contamination ".
Tornel has also required the City to repaint the road markings in the vicinity of the Plaza Santa Eulalia, especially because the crosswalks are "erased", one of them after a complete repair of a pipe, which in term has not been repainted.
In his view, the location of this square and the fact that it is a passageway crowded "make it necessary to maintain the highest degree possible in road safety."
