The Governing Board of the City of Murcia has given the green light in recent weeks a number of projects and specifications for hire (some are approved) works to improve the pavement and asphalt, as well as strengthening and improving the lighting public in a total of 14 districts of the municipality of Murcia.
The total amount of the works is 1,080,345 euros and the execution time varies from three to four months maximum.
The districts in which they will get paving projects and improvement of asphalt are: Cobatillas, Bacons Bridge, La Alberca, Cabezo de Torres, Murcia, Lobosillo, The Albatalía, San Jose de la Vega, and San Ginés Noduermas.
Moreover, improvement projects and reinforcement of street lighting will take place on the promenade of the valley and the surroundings of La Alberca, and in the environment of the Sanctuary of Fuensanta in Algezares.
These works are part of the collaboration agreement signed between the city of Murcia and Autonomous Region.
