The Art Center has been Almudí Palace, on June 26, the venue chosen to hold the draw that would shape the bands participating in the National Competition XXII Bands "Ciudad de Murcia", grouped in First.
Second (involving gangs of 51 to 70 musicians) and Section Three (involved gangs of up to 50 musicians).
In each of the sections involved three bands.
There were a total of 23 musical groups belonging to the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, Valencia and Autonomous Region of Murcia.
The draw formed the two sections of the event as shown below, sorted in order of performance:

The National Competition XXII Bands "Ciudad de Murcia" will be held on 10 and 11 next November, in the Auditorium of La Alberca, the Third Section, and Teatro Circo Murcia, the Second Section.
All participating bands must perform a compulsory piece and a work of free choice, to be judged by a jury to be appointed for that purpose.
The interpretation works required are "The Bermuda Triangle".
Symphonic poem Picazo José Alberto Pina, for bands of the Second Section, and "The Watcher of the Elves", a symphonic poem by José Vicente Location for Third Section bands.
In both sections the various musical groups will be distributed as prize money and financial support for their participation.
