The municipal group of IU-Green in the city of Murcia will file a motion to the next plenary session by requesting that the development of a study for the elimination of a black spot on the bridge Salabosque Road, on the Reguerón.
The IU-Greens spokesman on the council, Esther Herguedas, stressed the high degree of danger presented by the passage by that bridge for pedestrians, cyclists and cars, as it has no sidewalks and very narrow, which adds the proximity of the motorway.
In this sense, Herguedas recalled that the last accident at the bridge took place on June 24 when a vehicle fell from the highway on the way.
It also noted that "it is unacceptable that while in the town sidewalk replacements are made or in the boom years there have been budget to eliminate this danger point for the movement" after noting that IU-Green has raised this matter to the Municipal Council of La Alberca and the PP "has refused with the excuse that upon completion of the highway The Reguerón, a paralyzed work, the problem will be solved."
