The International University Campus Mare Nostrum Mar-offer, between days 2 to 5 July, the "Ninth Course on geological heritage: culture, tourism and environment", which will discuss current trends in conservation, management and use of Heritage Geological Survey.
Its purpose is to inform and educate the general public about our rich Geodiversity, so it can be used for scientific, educational and tourism.
Be held in the Municipal Archaeological Museum Library.
This course is intended to be an incentive for the Geological Heritage is valued appropriately in forums, political, economic, education and protection and dissemination of the Environment.
The activity consists of seven lectures that showcase current initiatives, national and international conservation, management and use of geological, participants also offering various tours around some of the highlights of geological and mining of Region of Murcia.
The course is led by Francisco Guillén and José Ignacio Mondéjar Manteca Martinez.
Those who enroll will be entitled to 2.5 credits electives or 1 Credit ECTS - CRAU.
