The Governing Board of the City of Murcia this week approved a cooperation agreement with the Union of Worker Cooperatives (UCOMUR) to carry out actions to contribute to the creation and preservation of jobs through the various forms of self-employment.
The partnership's main actions to carry out the following:
- Develop measures of information, advice and training to be aimed at improving the professional and business skills of those workers who choose self-employment through entrepreneurial ventures.
- Develop training as business and project support employment through entrepreneurship.
- Promote diversification in the business of promoting viable projects municipality acting on the untapped resources.
- Support studies that are directed to the search for internal balances in the economy of the municipality.
- Promote all measures that will aim at consolidating and projecting a better image of the companies located in the municipality of Murcia.
For the extension of the agreement has been agreed to grant a total of 8,000 euros.
