The Secretary of State Security of the Ministry of Interior, Ignacio Ulloa, has served as exception this Padrino Promotion

The Temple of the Monastery of San Jerónimo, home of the San Antonio Catholic University (UCAM) has welcomed this morning moving ceremony Scholarships and diplomas to students in the Grade I Officer Promotion Law, the UCAM.

The rector of the University, Josefina Garcia Lozano, presided over the solemn ceremony accompanied by the Deputy Dean of Law, Francisco de la Torre Olid, and the Secretary of State for Security, and Godfather of the brand-new graduates, Ignacio Ulloa.

The teacher, Jaime Sanchez Vizcaino, has served as Honorary Professor, while the reading of names of students, was awarded to Professor and Academic Secretary of Law, Francisco Martinez Rivas.

Note that the reading of the speech to the students was awarded to the student, Diego de la Cotera.
