The total amount defrauded reach 14,000 euros
Agents of the National Police Station belonging to the District del Carmen, in Murcia have arrested the manager and an employee of a mobile phone shop, both Spanish nationals and 36 and 32 years old respectively, who were accused the commission of a crime of fraud and forgery committed by the use of personal data of customers of the establishment for the purchase of mobile phones which later sold to third parties.
The investigations were initiated following complaints from several customers who claimed to be receiving invoices other than those recruited in a mobile phone shop in Murcia.
The officers could see that the contracts were handled and who had added to them other than those agreed condition them between customer and employees of the establishment.
Thus, by contracting or changing second line terminals other than price, appropriated investigated many mobile phones which later sold to individuals or establishment for the sale of second-hand objects.
The company I worked also a victim of fraud, and that on several occasions continued to process applications portability that had been canceled by the customer for the sole purpose of appropriating the terminals to which these contracts entitle.
After verifying that all operations that were conducted as described irregularities had been handled by a single employee of the establishment under the supervision of their manager, on the 24th of this month saw the arrest of both.
Research has shown that the value of the fraudulent by detainees using the procedure amounts to 14,000 euros.
