This afternoon we will meet the winner of the ninth edition of the paint flowers and books, performed at the Centers for Women and is managed by the Department of Political Equality and Development Cooperation of the Municipality of Murcia, who heads Alice Waterman, with the collaboration of the Foundation of Friends of Reading.
In this contest, which aims to unite two art activities such as painting and literature, have been presented 21 paintings of women members of 9 Centers for Women.
This event is for members of Women's Centres in the municipality, framed within the cultural promotion activities carried out in these centers.
The exhibition of the works involved opens this afternoon at 19.00 pm in the Women's Center of Santa Eulalia.
This event will announce the jury's verdict.
It provides a single prize of a painting donated by the painter Juan Cortes Abellán Murcia.
The Jury is composed of artists, painters, writers from Murcia.
The works will be on display until June 8 in time from 10-12 hours and 18-20 hours.
