The Civitas III Forum Spain and Portugal begins this afternoon with the General Assembly of the Network, moderated by Jose Maria Diez, Secretary of the Red CiViTAS Spain and Portugal.

This network brings together municipalities from both countries concerned about sustainable mobility, energy conservation and emission reduction through improved health and air quality and reducing the impact on climate change and transport costs and mobility.
The forum begins its work this afternoon with a technical meeting of its members.
