José Miguel Moreno Ruiz and saucer 'rice garden vegetables and citrus from Murcia' has won the Creajoven of Gastronomy.
The prize is 1,000 euros.
Also, have been awarded a second prize (350 euros), My Pasta with Tomato, John Guillamón Carrasco, and seafood risotto with mussels Royal, Cream of Pumpkin and garlic emulsion, Paula Alba Sabater.
In the final phase of this issue have reached nine young chefs who prepared dishes live yesterday at the Center for Tourism qualification.
The ingredient of the recipes has been rice or pasta.
The jury was chaired by Councilman Young, Miguel Cascales, and professionals Star Carrillo Sanchez, Antonio Chacón Camaches, Patxi Lopez Larrosa Sancho and David Carreno.
The Secretary is the Head of Cultural Revitalization Program and Educational Town Hall, Juan Albaladejo.
The winning recipes will be compiled into a publication to promote young chefs Murcia.
The Creajoven is a competition for young talents of the Department of Sports, Youth and Tourism, headed by Miguel Cascales.
