With the aim of bringing the public the works of painters Murcia, Murcia Romea Theatre opens its doors to art to offer a series of exposures that can view and enjoy them while enjoying a coffee.
Exposures of Romea is the name Café Ambigú chose to make a move that will enhance the possibilities of a space that undoubtedly will host thousands of spectators in the theater and many other Murcia have been and are loyal customers of the cafeteria the theater.
Romea exposures begin with a group show of 14 artists from Murcia.
The theme of the first of the exhibition is "The World of the theater" as a token of homage to the city's main theater and starting point for many other exhibitions, hereinafter wear brown walls of the theater.
The painters who displayed their works at The Romea Exhibition are: Antonio Sanchez, Antonio Soto, Carlos Callizo, Coronado, Cortez Abellan, Lorenzo Martinez Espinosa, Hurtado Mena, Joaquin Chipiola, Manolo Brown, Joe Clear, Silvia Viñao, Torregar Zechariah Cerezo.
The exhibition can be seen from May 8 to June 8.
Once the joint exhibition of 14 artists are scheduled to go organizing individual samples of each of the painters Murcia.
The exhibition area will be reserved for the Hall of Cafe (connected directly to the entrance of the theater and the square Julian Romea through the doors that flank).
For the space dominated by the coffee bar, have commissioned a series of photographs of the Teatro Romea Pina Hernandez, who is already working on the project.
The photographs, which remain in the cafe in the area outside and adjacent to the exhibition, intended as a counterpoint to the visual arts that will dress the walls of the room and at the same time, a hallmark of coffee immersed in the theatrical universe.
