IU-Green will begin a round of events in parishes and districts of Murcia to report on the consequences of cuts in public services such as health, education and social policies.
This was said today the municipal coordinator, Francisco Munoz, who has indicated that the first events will take place in Aljucer, Guadeloupe and La Alberca, which will extend to all areas of the municipality.
Munoz stated that the "best response" against "aggression" posed by the cuts is to give information to the public, so you know how it will affect them even though they are not responsible for the crisis.
Furthermore, he assured that the IU-Green will take part in the demonstrations to be held in Murcia in defense of public services over the next Thursday and Saturday.
Motion on schooling
Francisco Munoz has said that his organization will file a motion in municipal boards which have representation in order to report on the state of schooling for the next school year in neighborhoods and districts.
He assured that the representatives of the Boards did not give information to the members on the resolutions adopted by school boards and how they will affect the increase in class sizes and lower teacher.
