Grade Students in Chemical Engineering from the University of Murcia have won the competition of bridges constructed with popsicle sticks in the category of mobility, which has been organized by the University Miguel Hernández (Elche).
The mobile bridge students Murcia, which has been imposed on 31 other Spanish universities, is built almost 2000 popsicle sticks and consists of a new system of rotating circular arc reversed roads while the rises and leaves of the way.
The jury praised the originality of the project, never seen before, along with mobility difficulties and securing satisfactorily resolved by these future engineers.
In weighing mode, the computer Murcia, with another 2,000 bridge clubs, came in fifth.
The contest objective is to promote personal initiative, teamwork and creativity and innovation of participating students.
