The Catholic University San Antonio (UCAM) has opened the XI Meeting of Heads of Spanish Universities Protocol, to be held by the III Encontro also Hispano-Luso University Protocol.

In the opening ceremony have intervened several academic authorities and the scope of university protocol, among others, the rector of the Catholic, Josefina Garcia Lozano, the Chief of Protocol of the UCAM, Joaquin Hernandez Arcas, and the president of the Association for Study and Research University Protocol, Belen Sanchez Benasach.

In the opening ceremony of the XI Meeting of Heads of Spanish Universities Protocol, have been involved, along with the rector and the Chief of Protocol of the UCAM, the president of the Association for the study protocol and research university, Belen Sanchez Benasach; the Director General of Universities and Scientific Policy, Eduardo Osuna, Ambassador on Special Mission of the Kingdom of Spain for the Relations with Jewish Organizations and Communities, Alvaro Albacete, and the Director of Santander Universities Levante, Jose Maria Garcia de los Rios.

According to Belen Sanchez "the intention is to meet all protocol responsible for the Spanish and Portuguese universities to advance the study of university protocol. The protocol must be renewed, updated to keep pace with advances society."

For its part, the rector of the UCAM, Josefina Garcia, this conference is to "a sharing of the work is being done in the field of university protocol."

Tomorrow, beginning at 9.30 am in the Auditorium of the UCAM take place several papers on university protocol.

Other expert speakers will include President of APEP (Portuguese Association for the Study Protocol), Isabel Amaral, and the head of Protocol, Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, Martin Reyes.
