The painter Pedro Cano relates his personal experience with painting at the University of Murcia (26/04/2012)

The painter and honorary doctorates from the University of Murcia Pedro Cano will give the Friday, April 27, the conference "Painting the Mediterranean", in the Conference Hall of the Faculty of Arts, campus of Mercy (19:30 hours).

The White artist displayed essence and character of the Mediterranean Sea and will tour in a kind of intimate and emotional geography, by places, Naples, Istanbul, Alexandria and Cartagena, which have inspired him to capture on canvas faraway images the stereotypes of landscape painting.

The conference is one of the activities organized at the Mediterranean Conference Know How, a forum of the Campus of International Excellence Mare Nostrum for the exchange of knowledge on issues related to Mediterranean countries.
