The Socialist councilor Susana Hernandez confirmed following the conclusion of the plenary committee of the General Affairs yesterday held doubts about the record of transfer of municipal land for the construction of complex JC1, owned by the company Intersa

Therefore, the PSOE councilor asks the mayor of Procurement and Patrimony, Cosme Ruiz, meeting the commitment made yesterday during the plenary commission to investigate this matter to the end and also because of accountability, Intersa apparently is taking a rent another company for the exploitation of child care that is public property of the Council.
For Hernandez, it is imperative that the PP clarify this issue because in addition to the social impact of the breach of contract is for residents of Espinardo, is taking a serious economic damage in the municipal coffers affecting all Murcia.
