The Board of Directors has discussed this morning the march of the Food Unit
Mercamurcia headquarters this morning have hosted the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the company, which has approved the Annual Accounts and Management Report for the year 2011.

Slaughterhouse activity has obtained a 14.7% increase in the first quarter compared to the same period last year.

In the investment chapter, has approved the reform of the stunning of sheep in the abattoir, with the addition of a restrainer for fixing mechanized animals.
This reform, in addition to allowing adequately meet current health regulations, facilitate the work of the operators responsible for these tasks and improve the performance of the slaughter of sheep.
